I knew exactly the look I wanted - but I wasn’t quite sure I’d got it. Carmen assured me I could call in again if I wanted it shorter. So I went in this morning and was welcomed by Carmen and by owner, Matthew. Carmen gave me a quick wash and made sure I was totally happy by the time I left.
