Cancellation Policy
At Matthew Clulee Hair Spa, we value your time and the time of our stylists. Our cancellation policy helps us manage our diary fairly and offer appointments to clients on our waiting list when changes occur.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50 percent of the booked service. Missed appointments without notice may be charged in full.
Deposits
Some appointments, including colour and specialist services, may require a deposit when booking. Deposits are transferable with more than 48 hours’ notice but are non refundable inside that timeframe.
Running late
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate you, although we may need to adjust your service to avoid delays for other clients.
If the salon must reschedule
On rare occasions, we may need to adjust appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will contact you as quickly as possible to arrange an alternative time that suits you.
