Who It's For
If you want your hair to look composed and camera ready without fuss, this service is ideal for weddings, parties, graduations, black tie events and special dinners. It is also a great choice when you need a polished finish for work events or presentations.
Styles can be classic, modern or trend led, and suit all genders. We work with straight, wavy or curly textures and create looks that complement your face shape and outfit.
Works best on shoulder length hair or longer. For shorter hair we can create partial up styles or structured quiffs to give a similar effect.
Duration & Appointment Timing
This is a 60 minute dry styling appointment. Please arrive with clean, fully dry hair washed the night before or the same day. Avoid heavy oils, masks or tight hairbands that leave marks. Bring any accessories or inspiration photos you would like us to consider.
If you want a fresh blow-dry for extra volume or sleekness, please book it separately to take place just before your hair-up start time. If your hair is very long or thick, mention it when booking so we can advise on preparation.
Aftercare & Maintenance
Avoid brushing or touching the style once set. Use a light hairspray if needed and keep an umbrella or scarf handy in wet or windy weather.
Try to stay away from steam and heavy workouts before your event. If you plan to wear the style all day and into the evening, ask for a stronger hold finish during your appointment.
When you are ready to take it down, remove pins slowly from the outer layers first. Gently detangle with a wide tooth comb and use a little conditioner or oil before shampooing.

Matthew did my wedding day hair. I have curly hair which is prone to frizz and was looking for a hair dresser who could do a natural look for me that would simply bring out the best in my curls without blow drying everything straight and recurling. Matthew achieved just that using curl products and a curl brush and styled it into a nice half up half down with flowers which held all day. He was also a calming presence on the morning of the big day and his team did a great job styling other members of the bridal party (mix of curly hair up and blow dries). Highly recommend !
