Duration & Appointment Timing

Allow around 135 minutes for this service. Timing varies with hair length, density and previous colour. If your hair is long, very thick or you are shifting several levels lighter, additional time may be required.

Your appointment includes consultation, application, processing and rinse with tonal refine as needed. Arrive with dry, detangled hair for the most accurate colour assessment.

Aftercare & Maintenance

Use sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner, and a heat protectant when styling. Purple or blue shampoo can be used occasionally to balance unwanted warmth.

Plan highlight maintenance every 8 to 12 weeks, depending on how soft you want your grow-out. A toner and blow-dry refresh at 4 to 6 weeks keeps your shade glossy between visits.
