Duration & Appointment Timing

Allow around 2 hours 45 minutes for the service. Very long, thick or previously coloured hair may need extra time so we can lift evenly and protect the condition.

If you are new to colour with us, a quick skin test is required at least 48 hours before your visit. If you plan to add a haircut or a treatment, please factor in additional time.

Aftercare & Maintenance

Use colour-safe shampoo and conditioner, plus heat protection whenever you style. A weekly mask helps keep highlights hydrated and smooth.

Refresh the toner or gloss every 4 to 6 weeks if you like a precise shade. Plan highlight maintenance every 8 to 12 weeks, with a root retouch at 4 to 6 weeks if you prefer full coverage.

Limit heat, rinse after swimming and use a purple or blue shampoo as advised to control warmth.
