Duration & Appointment Timing

Allow 135 to 150 minutes for a full head of highlights, including consultation, foiling, processing, toning and a professional finish. Adding a haircut or intensive treatment will require extra time, so mention this when you book.

Arrive with hair that is dry and free from heavy oils or styling build-up. For events, book 1 to 2 weeks ahead to allow for a toner tweak if needed.

Aftercare & Maintenance

Wait 48 hours before your first wash to help the cuticle settle. Use colour-safe shampoo and conditioner, and protect with heat spray before styling.

Neutralise warmth with a violet or blue shampoo once a week, adjusting to your tone. Treat lengths with a nourishing mask weekly to keep ends glossy.

Most clients refresh toner at 4 to 6 weeks and book new highlights at 8 to 12 weeks. You can alternate full and half head appointments to manage regrowth and time.
