I came to Matt after a very bad colour experience at another salon after moving to Oxford. My hair was in a bad state. Colour awful and falling out in clumps. Matt was so kind and helpful. After nearly a year with the salon The colour is now amazing and thru the suggestions of product its re growth is fantastic. I have honestly never been so happy with my hair. I simply love nashi product as well. Cannot recommend highly enough. All colourists there are fab.

I’m behond happy with my experience at the hair gallery, I came in for a cut and colour and it wasn’t a simple job whatsoever, also after not going to a hairdressers in over 3 years i was quite nervous letting someone else touch my hair but Ruby did so amazingly and i left feeling confident in my new hair! Would 100% recommend. First time dying my hair in Oxford so was a bit apprehensive at the start, but Sylvain was incredibly professional and passionate about his craft which was very reassuring. He was a keen listener and had great stylistic ideas. Additionally, everyone at the salon was warm and welcoming. The bleaching and colouring took an entire afternoon but it did not feel like it at all — really appreciated the staff asking whether I’d like a coffee or a tea and making an effort to improve customers’ experience. Am very happy with the colour and the end result. Would be very happy to come back.
