Duration & Appointment Timing

Allow around 120 minutes for consultation, application, processing and finish. Timing varies with hair density and regrowth.

A skin test may be required at least 48 hours before your first colour visit or if your formula changes. Please arrive with dry hair and minimal product so we can assess your tone accurately.

Aftercare & Maintenance

Use sulphate-free, colour-safe shampoo and conditioner. Rinse with lukewarm water and always apply heat protection before styling. A weekly nourishing mask helps maintain softness and shine.

Typical maintenance is every 4 to 6 weeks for roots. The gloss on your lengths usually holds 4 to 6 weeks; extend it with gentle washing, UV protection, and reduced heat. For cool tones, use a purple or blue shampoo as advised to control warmth.
